# How to add, modify or archive a enterprise workplace

## Left menu \> Enterprise \> Workplaces

When registering your company on Sequence, a main office will automatically be created with the address you have provided. However, if your company has multiple locations, you can register them in the **Workplaces** section.

 

1\. Go to **Human Resources**.

2\. Select **Company**.

3\. Then, click on **Workplaces**.

4\. To add a new workplace, click on the **Add a place** button.

5\. Add an **image** of this location if you wish.

6\. You can activate the selector to **set this workplace as the company's headquarters**.

7\. Enter a **name** for your workplace along with the **address**.

By selecting a postal code, the city, municipality, and canton fields will be automatically filled in.

8\. Enter the **BUR-REE number**, which can be obtained from the OFS at the email address: [infobur@bfs.admin.ch](mailto:infobur@bfs.admin.ch).

Example format: A12345677.

9\. You can also fill in the **InHouse ID**.

The internal number "InHouse ID" requires a prior agreement between the OFS and the company and necessitates close and direct collaboration with the OFS within the framework of Profiling. The OFS determines which companies are eligible.

If this information is available and of good quality, the use of the REE number can be omitted.

10\. Also, enter the **email and phone number**.

11. You must also indicate the working times for this workplace and specify the number of hours or lessons for each of these schedules.

The **Working time** field makes it possible to define the reference working durations applicable to the different groups of employees within the same workplace.

A workplace may include several working times, for example when:

- different categories of staff have distinct schedules,
- several departments coexist with different weekly durations.

Each employee is then assigned to a specific working time, which makes it possible to automatically calculate their employment rate.

**Example: Management and employees in the same office**

In the same office, managers and employees may have different working times.

**Example:**

- Management: 45 hours / week
- Administrative employees: 40 hours / week

In this case, the workplace will contain two distinct working times:

- Working time – Management (45 h)
- Working time – Employees (40 h)

Each employee will then be assigned to the working time corresponding to their role.

 

12\. Click on **Save** to store the information.

13\. To edit a workplace, click on the **Edit** button.

An external window will open, allowing you to make the necessary modifications.

14\. The filled star symbol indicates that this workplace is the **company's headquarters**.

15\. To archive a workplace, click on the **Archive icon**.

The workplace will be deactivated but not deleted.

16\. If there are **employment contracts associated with this workplace**, this will be indicated in the confirmation window.

17\. To unarchive a workplace, click on the **Unarchive icon**.
